I really dislike empty promises

I’m street idiot.

Working as a full time real estate agent is really really really tiring especially for a non-street-smart individual like me.  I’m those kind of person that will not remember the way unless i’ve been going there daily.  Being mentally-disabled in recognising the way, i need to be extra extra early for my appointment so that i have ample of time to look for the block in case i get lost.

I guess by the end of this year, i should be an expert with singapore street already such like which buses is going to which area.  There is pros and cons for a real estate agent without a car.  I have to transfer buses frm one area to another until i reach my destination. It is so so so time consuming and so so so tiring.  If the bus is not punctual, i have to take another form of public transport which is twice more expensive.  haha. it is TAXI. With the surcharge everything, i guess i will go bankrupt within 1 year if i take taxi to go for viewing so oftenly.

So owning a car is a greater advantage to a real estate agent because they could travel from one place to another at a such shorter time but the expenses is such more expensive. haha.  i’m quite envious!! Imagine that i could just say “Bring me to orchard road” and there’s a personal chauffeur who will bring me there straightaway is such a wonderful thing.  haha well, i know that will only happen in my dreams.

Sigh~ Been travelling like a crazy woman these few days for viewing but no deals clinched yet.  It’s kinda demoralising to burst my own deal.  I really felt the pinch.  I’m so tired so tired.
How i wish there’s a shoulder beside for me to lean onto and share the interesting and sad stuff.  I’m dreaming again.  I’m all alone……… by myself.
Thanks for the encouragements some of my friends and colleague have been giving me.
To close a deal, i know i only have myself to rely on.
I cannot give up!!!!
